By leaving my vehicle with Dynamic Details Ltd, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Vehicle and Personal Belongings I understand that while my vehicle is in the care of Dynamic Details Ltd, any personal items left inside the vehicle are my sole responsibility. Dynamic Details Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

2. Paintwork Condition and Risk Acknowledgement I acknowledge that any previous paint repairs, resprays, or poor factory paintwork may be affected by detailing processes, including polishing, coating application, and paint protection film (PPF) installation. Dynamic Details Ltd accepts no responsibility for any adverse effects, including paint lifting or reactions resulting from existing paintwork conditions.

3. CCTV Recording and Media Usage I am aware that my vehicle may be recorded on CCTV for security purposes while on site. I also give consent for photos and videos taken during the service to be used by Dynamic Details Ltd for marketing, social media, and advertising purposes.

4. Aftermarket Parts and Modifications I understand that any aftermarket parts or vehicle modifications (including but not limited to lowering kits, splitters, wide wheels, or non-standard trims) are not the responsibility of Dynamic Details Ltd. Any damage caused by these modifications, including rubbing, scraping, or grounding out, is at my own risk.

5. Paint Protection Film (PPF) Risks When having PPF installed, I acknowledge:- There is a risk of paint lifting or reacting during installation or removal, particularly on repainted panels.- The installation process requires trimming film edges, which may result in minor cut marks on the paintwork.- While Dynamic Details Ltd works to extremely high standards, I understand that an acceptable amount of dust or debris under the film is industry standard and unavoidable in some cases.

6. General Acceptance I confirm that I have read and understood this disclaimer. By paying a booking deposit, I accept these terms and give my consent for the work to proceed.
